SpaceAya.com 50 Year Warranty
Effective Date: 4/2024
Introduction SpaceAya.com extends a 50 Year Limited Lifetime Warranty ("Limited Warranty") to the original residential purchaser ("You" or "Your") of our products ("Product"). This Limited Warranty covers our products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you own your home and use the Product within the United States, under the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility This Limited Warranty is extended to:

Individuals who purchase and install the Product in a dwelling owned and used as a primary or secondary home.

Builders, contractors, or developers who install the Product in a newly constructed or remodeled dwelling for the initial owner to use as a primary or secondary home. This Warranty may be assigned to that initial owner.
This Limited Warranty does not cover rental properties or commercial applications and is not transferable to subsequent owners of the property.
Warranty Coverage Subject to the exclusions and limitations described herein, SpaceAya.com warrants that each Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance for the lifetime of the product as long as you own and reside in your home.
Specific Component Warranties

Lighting, Electronic, and Powered Components: 2 years from the date of original purchase.

Decorative Hardware and Accessories: 5 years from the date of original purchase.
Exclusions This Limited Warranty does not apply to Products:

Installed or used outdoors.

Used for purposes other than those for which they were designed.

Subjected to misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

Improperly stored, installed, maintained, or cleaned.

Subjected to improper environmental conditions including but not limited to extreme temperatures, moisture, or humidity.

Damaged by external causes such as fire, flood, or other acts of God.
Natural Variations Natural wood products may vary in color and characteristics and may change as they age. For instance, paint finishes might crack around joint areas over time, and wood colors may darken or lighten. Such variations and changes are not covered under this Limited Warranty.
Remedy In the event of a defect during the warranty period, we will, at our option, repair or replace the defective Product or component. If repair or replacement is not commercially feasible, we may refund the purchase price or provide a credit towards a similar product. These remedies are your sole and exclusive remedies for any Product defects.
This Limited Warranty does not cover labor, installation costs, or any other costs associated with the removal and reinstallation of the Product.
Product Changes SpaceAya.com reserves the right to modify or alter Product designs, specifications, or materials without obligation to incorporate such changes into previously manufactured products.
